RESUME

Provide strategic direction and leadership managing large and small scale technical projects for one of the largest churches in Arkansas with over 8,000 members.  Serve as liaison between ministry leaders, Chief of Operations, contractors and community stakeholders focused on building cooperation and commitment to excellence in technology.  Lead a team consisting of staff and volunteers with oversight of audio visual equipment maintenance, encoding videos for required format, uploading to media sources and closed captioning.  Recognized as subject-matter expert as it relates to concepts of designing, planning, producing, creating, shooting and editing videos.
Selected Accomplishments:

• Serve as director and post production editor of Growth Factor Television Broadcast featured on KARK Channel 4

• Designated Technical Director for Global Leadership Summit host site

• Instrumental in overseeing the $100,000 sanctuary renovation project involving a full High Definition upgrade and installation

• Recognized for providing comprehensive technological recommendations for every classroom and worship space in the new $8.4 million state-of-the-art Children and Youth Center

• Played a key role in the development of the church app design and upgrade on PushPay Platform

• Serve as Social Media Team Lead identifying current trends on social media and live streaming platforms in order to improve methodology and training offerings related to technology

• Direct and produce all media Sunday services, Mayoral Forum, Governors Summit and nationally known speakers and gospel recording artists

• Lead efforts in succinct operation of commercial-grade cameras (DSLR, JVC ProHD and PTZs)
